Job Title: Care Home Manager

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
Our client, a respected provider of care services, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead their medium-sized Nursing home in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, resilient leader with a passion for quality care and the skills to drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational leadership and day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the existing team to foster a culture of quality, empathy, and professional integrity.
- Implement effective improvement plans, with a focus on transforming and elevating the current operational standards.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the long-term financial and operational stability of the home.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience for residents and their families, ensuring a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or similar senior role within the care sector, ideally with experience managing a turnaround.
- Demonstrated success in transforming challenging cultures within a care setting, with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance across all aspects of the home’s operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- A compassionate and resilient approach, capable of balancing empathetic care with the need for business and operational improvements.
