The Care Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home's operation, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained while meeting regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire the team, enhance service quality, and effectively manage resources to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, focusing on delivering exceptional care.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance CQC ratings.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support staff development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and regulatory bodies.
