Full Time Nightshift Senior Care Assistant Required
Must have a valid SVQ3 Certificate
8:30pm-8am shifts (4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next)
Every Second Weekend Off
Role purpose:
Senior Care Assistants provide an essential role in contributing to the smooth running of Balmoral by Northcare. Our seniors lead on the social care and support our Nurses on the clinical care of our residents. Reporting to Registered Nurses, Senior Care Assistants are responsible for allocating duties to a team of Care Assistants - acting as a role model in the delivery and promotion of best practice at all times and setting an example in providing person centred and outcomes focused care to all residents in Balmoral by Northcare.
