The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, and central in supporting patient to recover. Communicating with patients, relatives and carers. Assisting with clinical duties. Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be motivated to engage within our patient group & ward environment.
