About Us
We specialise in the provision of highly complex home healthcare services that are delivered to our clients in their homes.
Since our beginnings in 2014, our purpose has always been to provide a complex home healthcare service that we would be happy for our own family members to receive. Our dedicated and experienced local teams are committed to ensuring that we consistently deliver a high quality, person-centred service to individuals with long-term or life-limiting conditions.
We go above and beyond to ensure that our clients can live the life they want to live and achieve all their aspirations along the way. Most importantly, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
As a trusted provider of complex care in the home, we operate through local operational hubs across the UK. We work in partnership with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Case Managers, Local Authorities as well as Private Clients and those arranging care funded through their Personal Health Budget (PHB) to deliver complex care packages that are developed for the individual clinical, personal, and social care needs of our clients.

Work with us
Our team are an integral part of our success, and we strive to find like-minded Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Nurses who share our passion for the delivery of high-quality care in the home.
As well as our many frontline care roles we also have a range of opportunities to join our growing central office team and local operational hubs. We have roles that support the recruitment, coordination, clinical oversight, and management of each package of care that we deliver. There are also a range of roles to support our central office team, including clinical, quality, finance, recruitment, compliance, and commercial roles.
Who we work with
We work with adults, young people, and children with a wide range of conditions including brain and spinal injuries, Motor Neurone Disease, Muscular Dystrophy and Cerebral Palsy.
Our clients require one-to-one or two-to-one care with their clinical, personal, and social care needs, throughout the day and night and help getting out into the community or educational settings.
This allows us the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and make a huge difference to their lives.
We understand the importance of regular quality placements of work and we ensure that our staff receive ongoing support, training, and development to help them grow their healthcare career.
We can provide training with specific clinical tasks such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management and PEG feeding. This provides an excellent opportunity for our Healthcare Assistants to progress their healthcare career into a more complex role.
