We are recruiting Senior Care Assistants to join our team in the Petersfield area.

We're committed to keeping elderly and vulnerable people living in the comfort of their own homes (as an alternative to residential care) throughout Petersfield, Alton, Havant and the surrounding areas. This means you do need to drive and have your own vehicle to work for us.

While many companies only pay Healthcare Assistants for contact time, we believe you should be paid for every minute you work, so we pay for both travel time and mileage. On average, travel time equates to 10% of your working time, so put simply, working for a company that doesn't pay travel time means you'll be unpaid for 10% of every working day.

Responsibilities of a Senior Care Assistant:

Including but not limited to:

Personal care duties
Administering medication
Manual handling, using equipment where required
Promoting customer health and wellbeing
Companionship and help with activities/appointments
Plan, prepare and cook nutritious meals
Shopping and domestic tasks around the home

To become a Senior Care Assistant, you need:

Full and valid UK driving licence
Access to a car/vehicle
Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot provide sp0ns0rship)
To be able to work every other weekend, or one day every weekend
No experience as full training is provided
Excellent level of English
To be aged 18+
