An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse at Allen ward which is part of Acute Adult Inpatient Service!
As a Staff Nurse you will work as part of our Multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality care to our patients and support our trust on it’s Journey to Outstanding Care.
We have a culture of continuous professional development and as a Staff Nurse we expect you to embrace change and engage in Quality Initiatives on the Ward to improve the service we provide.
You will work within a needs-led model of care and will work in co-production with patients.
Allen Ward is an 18 bedded female acute ward. We provide care and treatment for up to 18 patients, experiencing a variety of mental health problems.
You will have an opportunity to work with supportive teams and committed colleagues.
What we need from you!
- A qualified RMN with passion and drive for developing your clinical skills in a changeable environment
- A keen interest in new and upcoming technologies within Nursing and Healthcare
- Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing initiative and promoting new ideas on how to improve the service
- Be compassionate, caring and creative with excellent communication skills
- A flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to accommodate our 24/7 service
