In this role you will inspire service managers across Sussex and Hampshire, ensuring quality targets and commercial success is achieved. Conducting service visits, formulating improvement plans, and spearheading new developments, you'll help shape the future of healthcare at Bramley Health. Responsibilities Include
- Service visits to provide operational, clinical and quality advice to managers
- Enhancing service efficiency, to increase in occupancy
- Formulating improvement plans, assessing how the home is running and ensuring the manager is delivering, through effective use of audit tools and compliance programme.
- Reviewing reports and data from compliance teams
- Compiling service reports to be shared with senior leadership team and relevant stakeholders
- Establishing and maintaining company culture through effective people leadership, carrying out regular supervision and performance management of subordinates as required
- Carrying out investigations, disciplinaries and appeals.
- Oversight of rotas, payroll and the various staff teams to ensure effective cover is in place
- Further ad hoc duties
About You, The Successful Regional Clinical Manager
- Strong experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing care home
- Current registration with the NMC
- Exposure to CQC inspections
- Ability to prioritise a varied, regional work programme
- Excellent organisation and communication
- Enthusiastic approach to management
- Clear evidence of experience in managing staff teams
