To provide specialist care and planned interventions to the patients/clients within the Dementia Assessment unit and Specialist Inpatient Service.
Under the supervision of registered health care professionals and senior healthcare staff, assist in the delivery of clinical and personal care for a defined group of patients.
Takes leadership from Assistant Practitioner and/or Senior Healthcare support worker within a delegation framework for agreed tasks.
Ensure patient safety is maintained and patient experience is positive by treating all patients, relatives and colleagues with respect, dignity and courtesy in accordance with Trust values.
