As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be spending your time in the community conducting visits to review and assess the work of our Care Assistants. You will be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis and working closely with our Registered Manager to ensure smooth running of the team. The role will include being on a rota for being on-call responding to urgent matters relating to uninterrupted service delivery.
Working weekends and out of hours will attract enhanced hourly pay rates as will participating in the on-call rota.
Role

- Providing personal care,
- Medication administration
- Care planning for service users
- Carrying out assessments on behalf of the team.
- Actively participate in the professional development of self and others.
- Participate in the on call service, outside of office opening hours.
You will need to have a full UK driving licence and will work in clients homes in the Harrogate area and at our Knaresborough based office.
