The Role
The Social Work Service works to enhance independence and prevent or delay admission into formal support services. We work with customers over the age of 18 with cognitive or physical impairments, in their own homes as well as care homes. Practitioners promote the independence and wellbeing of customers through strengths-based practice, and we are now looking to appoint 2 additional Senior Social Workers who share our passion to achieve the best possible outcomes for customers.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check.
Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with adults.
