Cedrus House opened in 2015, delivering round-the-clock, personalised, residential and nursing care for older people.
Our dedicated care team at Cedrus House focuses on enabling residents to get the very most out of every day, whatever their needs and abilities. Expert care is also available for those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
When your loved one joins us at Cedrus House we want to get to know them and your family. We then use what we’ve learned to put together a personalised care plan that will meet their individual needs. We find out what their likes and dislikes are, what food they enjoy and what hobbies and interests they have. We’ll learn about their life stories and the hobbies they’ve always enjoyed so we can plan activities – and even menus – that will mean they enjoy the best possible lifestyle.
