We are looking for Live-In Carers to primarily support our clients in the Guildford and Waverley areas who are undergoing reablement after leaving hospital. You will typically be with the client for between 4 and 12 weeks supporting them to regain independence after illness, injury or a change in circumstances. You will then move on to a new client. Seeing the transformation and improvement for those you care for is a hugely rewarding part of this role. You must be friendly, compassionate, and motivational in nature and able to challenge those you care for to take new steps towards independence every day.
While most work is in the Surrey area, you should be prepared to work in live-in packages around the UK to ensure continuous work opportunities. We will work with you to identify the opportunities that suit both location and duration requirements as well as being a good match for those we care for.

Previous UK care experience is required for this role - this may be professional experience as a carer or live-in carer or un-paid care experience supporting loved ones.
As a Live in Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' receive the very best standards of care and support. You will be living with the client for a set amount of time, making sure that they feel comfortable and happy within their own home, ensuring that they can live as much of an independent life as possible. It is a great opportunity to hone in on your care skills and develop a relationship with the customer that can be very rewarding.
Responsibilities include meal preparation, light domestic duties, support with medication & elements of personal care. Having a driving licence is essential for this role. You must have the right to work in the UK.
Our pay rate range is reflective of our tiered structure and the complexity of the clients care needs, exact weekly pay will depend on the package you are assigned and may vary when you move to new clients.
