Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supported Living Manager at Curado in Sutton. The Supported Living Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of supported living homes, promoting independent living for residents, ensuring quality care, managing staff, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing supported living or residential care facilities
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of mental health support services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Relevant qualifications in Health & Social care
