Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dual Site Registered Manager located in Sittingbourne & Sheerness at Optimal Living. The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations 2 Residential Service, ensuring equitable and person centered care for individuals with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating care plans, and maintaining regulatory compliance.


Qualifications

  • Good experience in managing multiple residential services
  • Knowledge of learning disabilities and associated conditions
  • Leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the health and social care industry
  • Experience in implementing person-centered care plans
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care is essential for this role.
  • Experience in using electronic monitoring systems for care systems and compliance
