Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dual Site Registered Manager located in Sittingbourne & Sheerness at Optimal Living. The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations 2 Residential Service, ensuring equitable and person centered care for individuals with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating care plans, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Good experience in managing multiple residential services
Knowledge of learning disabilities and associated conditions
Leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the health and social care industry
Experience in implementing person-centered care plans
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care is essential for this role.
Experience in using electronic monitoring systems for care systems and compliance
