Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
Applicants MUST have access to their own vehicles and must be willing to travel.
This role will be a mix of office and field-based hours
Areas: Mid Staffs – Cannock, Hednesford, Norton canes, Heath Hayes, Rugeley, Penkridge, Wheaton Aston, Brewood, Coven, Featherstone, Great Wyrley, Essington, Cheslyn Hay. (any towns and villages within the Bluebird Care Mid Staffs Territory)
May also include Hospitals/homes outside of these areas.

Description
To support and report to Care Manager at all times.
To work on a 3-week rolling roster with on call and sickness cover.
The role will need to be punctual and able to organise work load well, and applicants must be able to handle change well in emergency situations.
Applicants must be flexible and willing to help a busy team in emergency situations.
