We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Oncology nurse to take on the role of Deputy Ward Manager on the Oncology ward at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will assist the Ward Manager in providing clinical and managerial leadership on the ward. You will have an opportunity to gain insight into the Ward Manager role and be supported to develop the necessary skills and expertise to undertake the job.

We are looking for innovative nurses keen to develop their managerial skills and with the ability to problem solve, demonstrate leadership, and be motivated to support the Ward Manager in clinical audit and research as well as role modelling and supporting junior team members and students.
