Aria Independent Living is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our pioneering, specialist independent living service for individuals with acquired brain injuries.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and developing a new, innovative service, ensuring high standards from the outset and helping to create a model of best practice in independent living rehabilitation.
Based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, our service is designed to provide high-quality accommodation, expert-led therapy, and structured case management, helping individuals regain independence in a carefully supported environment.
About the role
The Manager will be responsible for:
✔ Establishing and overseeing the day-to-day running of the service.
✔ Recruiting, managing, and developing the support worker team to deliver high-quality care.
✔ Working closely with the MDT—including neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, and occupational therapists—to coordinate rehabilitation.
✔ Liaising with solicitors, case managers, and funders to ensure structured rehabilitation pathways.
✔ Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and setting high standards of service delivery.
✔ Playing a key role in developing and growing the service, ensuring it meets the needs of residents and referrers.
Who we’re looking for
✅ Leadership experience in brain injury rehabilitation, supported living, or complex care.
✅ Experience in setting up or developing services within a CQC-regulated setting (or a strong understanding of regulatory requirements).
✅ Ability to manage teams, budgets, and service development.
✅ Strong communication skills and experience working with healthcare professionals, solicitors, and case managers.
✅ A structured, professional approach to service management, with a focus on developing best practice from the outset.
