Job Summary

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the operational development and quality of our care services. Your leadership will ensure we deliver outstanding care while also identifying opportunities for growth and service improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily management and regulatory compliance of our care services.
  • Drive growth and development, including tendering and expanding the service offering.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve excellence in care provision.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, families, professionals, and external agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using care management systems (Access Group software).
  • Participate in the on-call rota to support out-of-hours service continuity.


Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in home care or a similar senior role within the care sector.
  • Experience with CQC inspections and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with The Access Group software suite and Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Proven experience in tendering and branch growth strategies.
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification and currently working towards Level 5, or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
  • Availability to participate in an on-call rota.


Salary: Competitive and negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
