Role Overview: This position is ideal for a strong and capable manager with a proven track record in the care sector. The home maintains high occupancy levels, minimal agency reliance, and a strong private fee-paying client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continued success of the service, driving standards of care, and leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and operational management, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Maintain excellent occupancy levels and effectively manage private fee structures.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to uphold a high-quality service.
Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and other relevant bodies.
Implement best practices to maintain low agency usage and a stable workforce.
Drive continuous improvement, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in a Registered Manager role within a nursing home or similar setting.
A valid NMC registration (RGN preferred but not essential).
Strong leadership, operational, and business management skills.
Experience working with private fee-paying residents and managing financial aspects of care provision.
A proven track record of CQC compliance and quality improvement.
