As a Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our domiciliary care and supported living services. This includes ensuring compliance with CQC standards, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a team to deliver high-quality care. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure services meet regulatory standards, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support care staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Motivate and mentor the team to maintain a positive, professional, and caring attitude.
Ensure staff are trained and supported through regular supervision.
Ensure services meet all CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
Regularly monitor care delivery and systems to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Lead preparations for CQC inspections and maintain a good rating.
Oversee the creation and review of care plans to meet the individual needs of each person.
Promote a culture where service users are treated with respect, dignity, and encouraged to maintain independence.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion.
Work with senior management to implement growth strategies and stay competitive.
Assist in the development of new services and business plans.
Organise regular staff training and development opportunities.
Ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
Support staff progression and career development within the company.
Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external professionals.
Represent the company at meetings and events to promote services and expand networks.
Utilise Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in senior care management or a similar role in an assisted living or nursing home environment.
Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and health regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Understanding of CQC regulations and ability to maintain compliance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, documentation, and communication.
Essential Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification (essential).
Experience as a CQC Registered Manager or in a similar management role.
Driving license is preferred.
