Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Registered Manager located in Liverpool. The Registered Manager will oversee the daily operations of our home care and supported living services. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting assessments and care planning, and liaising with families, social workers, and other professionals to provide high-quality care. The role involves both on-site presence in Liverpool and some work-from-home flexibility.

We are seeking an individual with experience in growing a branch, therefore some business development experience will be necessary.
