Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 + quarterly bonus scheme (circa £69K)

About the Home:
The care home provides personal, nursing, and dementia care for 50 residents in a homely environment with a selection of garden areas to ensure the comfort and well-being of all residents.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team
Ensure residents receive the highest standards of care and that the home remains fully compliant
Ensure the home is fully occupied and profitable, to support reinvestment and growth
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home
NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent (willing to work towards NVQ 5 or 7)
Full Driving Licence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (email, Excel, Word)
Preferred Requirements:
NVQ 5 or NVQ 7 qualifications
