Registered Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a CQC Registered Manager to cover a supported living care service.

The role would be required to:

• Manage all aspects of the service and be the point of contact for staff and service users.
• Fulfil the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration requirements ensuring that the CQC regulations and policies are adhered to at all times.
• Liaising with the parents/local council regarding potential new clients.
• Ensure care plans and client files are kept accurate and up to date.
• Ensure that the safety of service users are upheld at all times.
• Manage and develop the team including recruitment, training, supporting and supervising staff.
• Promote the highest standards of care and service ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, local authorities, customers and their families.

This role requires a minimum of an NVQ/Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care qualification and have previously been registered with the CQC.

The candidate should have a full UK Driving Licence, have their own vehicle and be within a commutable distance from Willerby, E R Yorkshire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
