Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Registered Manager at Bluebird Care Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care services, ensuring high-quality care is provided to clients, managing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Experience in managing care services and staff
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the care industry
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Registered Manager qualification or willingness to obtain one
