At Stef & Philips, we firmly believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. We are a leading provider of vital accommodation and services in the UK, dedicated to tackling the challenge of homelessness and empowering vulnerable individuals to build better lives. We provide temporary, emergency and move-on accommodation to local authorities, housing associations and charities – all funded by investors who care.
From our humble beginnings as a family-run letting agency in 2006, we have evolved into a nationwide operation, managing over 3,800 units and housing over 5,500 tenants. While much has changed since our inception, our family business roots remain deeply ingrained in who we are. Our core values continue to guide us as we remain committed to our main vision: a world without homelessness.
