About Us

North East Community Care deliver person-centred, outcome-focused support to individuals with a range of care and support needs. We work closely with the individual and their families to understand what matters to them and what they want to achieve. We will then design a care and support plans which reflects this. We ensure that the people we support are central to the support and empowered to make decisions related to their care.

We support service users to live as independently as possible. We promote the use of technology, where appropriate, to maximise this independence. We understand the importance of being part of your community and work with service users to ensure they remain involved in the community they live.

We deliver support to service users throughout Scotland.

All of our staff receive full training to ensure can deliver the high quality service we have become known for. Our training ensures they understand the needs of each service users and know how to meet these needs. Staff complete induction training before beginning to support service users and receive regular training and refreshers.

North East Community Care is part of the Jon Fleming Group and was founded by Jon Fleming. Jon was born was a neuro-muscular disease and founded the organisation to ensure that service users have control, choice and opportunity - something he had found lacking in the support he was receiving.
