At Nesscare providing a high-quality service is a personal goal and our primary concern. We aim to provide service users with a choice on how they wish to have their care provided for them in accordance with their agreed plan of care. We will value each service user as an individual; respecting ethnic and cultural differences and this will be emphasized in our service, with staff that have time to dedicate attention to offering choices while striving to meet individual needs.

We aim to foster an atmosphere of care and support with Service Users which enables and encourages them to live a full and independent lifestyle. We always aim to ensure that, the services we provide comply with the requirements and standards of our registration.

All staff will be appropriately trained to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous training program for staff is implemented to ensure that optimum standards are maintained in line with latest developments in care practices, implemented through Legislation, Regulations and the Care Quality Commission.

We aim to ensure that service users are matched as closely as possible to a staff member. We respect the need to change the Care Worker in the event of subsequent non - compatibility.

We will ensure that Service users are aware of the procedures of making compliments, comments, and complaints

We will ensure that service user confidentiality is maintained at all times.
