We help family support services, children's centres, schools and early years settings to solve the problem of ensuring there is excellent support for family support, and children’s learning and development through the staffing we find. This enables them to provide the best family support and education, care and development for children and families.

First Steps additionally supplies quality childcare in its three footprints@ settings in Netherton, Hatton Hill Litherland and Kings Meadow Ainsdale. We also supply pre-employment support through the Paths to Prosperity programme.

We also provide programme management, and consultancy, learning and other associated services.
