We are currently seeking experienced care assistants to support a gentleman in the Shaldon area of Devon. We are looking for people who really do care and want to feel proud about the work they do each and every day. Our client is ventilated and requires a team around him who are caring and skilled (or keen to learn).

All training can be provided, as long as you have the right approach. Experience of delivering care in peoples own homes is beneficial but we will provide any training you need or wish to have. Complex Care experience is very beneficial especially experience with MND clients, tracheostomy care/ventilation.

Dunedin Complex Care also wishes to ensure the team have a healthy work/life balance - therefore rotas are prepared at least 6 weeks in advance - rolling where possible - and we would never ask you to work more than 2 weekends in a month (unless you wanted to).

Our leading employment package includes:

• Excellent rates of pay FROM £14.00 per hour

• £14 per hour Monday to Friday, £15.00 per hour Evenings and Saturday.

• £16 per hour Sundays and £19.00 per hour Bank Holidays.
